Delbarton Archives

The Delbarton Archives maintains materials related to the academic affairs of the school. The academic collections include records and images from academic departments, school events, student clubs and activities, and Mission & Ministry programs. This collection seeks to document the academic programs of Delbarton School from 1939 to the present.

The Delbarton Archives maintains materials generated or received by the administrative offices of the school. These records include meeting minutes, memoranda, and correspondence by the school administrators and Board of Regents. In addition, this collection also includes correspondence and reports on academic departments, Admissions, Buildings and Grounds, Dining Services, Accreditation, and Academic Council and Administrative Council minutes.

The Delbarton Archives maintains information about Delbarton School alumni, the Delbarton Alumni Association and past Homecoming celebrations, regional reunions and events.

The Delbarton Archives maintains information related to each building and athletics facility on campus. This information includes images, renovation plans, and architectural renderings and drawings.

The Archives maintains files (pictures, newspaper articles, game films) and artifacts associated with the Delbarton School athletics program. This includes any information related to Green Wave sports, as well as files for individual sports and notable athletes.

Alumni, staff, and teacher stories will be preserved through in-person video or audio oral history interviews. An oral history interview will cover the community members important memories of Delbarton and their life. No two stories are ever the same, and no contribution or experience is too small or unworthy of preserving.
