- c. 32,000 sq ft field house building (2 story building with fully excavated basement level)
- New parking lot for 75+ cars

Basement Level
- Locker rooms for 7 different sports (Football, Lacrosse, Tennis, Wrestling, Cross-Country, Winter Track and Spring Track)

- Athletic equipment storage rooms, uniform storage rooms and laundry room
1st Floor Level (Field Level)
- Restrooms, concession stands and Delbarton School retail shop for fans and guests
- Ramsey Strength and Conditioning Center (2.25x larger than the current weight room)
- Mike Grey '06 & Pat Glory '18 Wrestling Room featuring 2 NCAA sized mats

- Van Rooyen Family Reception Hall overlooking the field and track which will be utilized for pre/post game team meals as well as fan gatherings, alumni events, team banquets, etc.
