Led by the Benedictine monks of St. Mary’s Abbey, Delbarton continues a 1,500-year tradition of Catholic education that guides students to strive for scholastic and spiritual excellence.
St. Mary's Abbey Church and the adjacent monastery are a vital focal point of our campus, just as the values and example of the Benedictine monks create a vital focus for the Delbarton experience.

Through our Office of Mission and Ministry, students lead a Campus Ministry program that is at the heart of faith formation at Delbarton.
Each year, six student Campus Ministers, 70 Retreat Leaders and 100 Student Service coordinators manage our Campus Ministry retreat and service programs. Service is voluntary, yet everyone serves—because here, we are men for others.

Celebrations of the sacraments of the Eucharist and Reconciliation, school-wide prayer services, and small-group prayer experiences all help students encounter God.
Retreats
Each grade participates in high-energy, student-led weekend retreats or Days of Recollection.
Mission and Service Projects
Weekly and annual service programs range from tutoring at-risk children to Operation Smile international medical missions to major food and gift drives.
Sustainability
The Delbarton community lives out Pope Francis’ call to care for our common home through student-led recycling programs, energy-saving initiatives, a Garden for Good that provides local food donations, and more
