Bryan Bennett Tournament

The Bryan Bennett Tournament has grown into one of the largest and most competitive tournaments in the state of New Jersey and fields some of the best teams from across the state. Several years ago Delbarton School decided to rename the tournament the Bryan Bennett Memorial Tennis Invitational in memory of Bryan Bennett '94, who tragically passed away at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.  We wanted to commemorate his life in a significant and meaningful manner. Thus, we decided to name the tournament which he helped to build into such a great success after him to preserve his memory here at Delbarton.  There is a permanent trophy bearing Bryan’s name that will be presented to the winning team after the championship each year.
