Vigilantly protecting the safety and welfare of St. Mary's Abbey worshipers and guests, and of Delbarton School students and staff is central to everything we do. Nothing is more important as we at St. Mary's Abbey and Delbarton School seek to uphold the trust you place in us.
St. Mary's Abbey and Delbarton School's child-protection and Safe Environment policies and procedures are accredited by Praesidium, an independent risk management and compliance organization. Praesidium accreditation ensures that best practices in abuse prevention are employed in all Abbey and School operations. Our child-protection and abuse reporting policies and procedures also conform to New Jersey state law in all respects.
In addition to our rigorous employment screening practices, each St. Mary's Abbey and Delbarton School employee must take annual Vector Solutions training programs and seminars on prevention and informed responsiveness to claims of abuse and harassment of any kind.
