Hosted in Old Main, the Delbarton Mothers' Guild hosted a Mixology and Wrapology Christmas Party on the evening of December 7. To get into the Christmas spirit, the group of women got tips and tricks on how to elevate their gift wrapping and decorating from two fellow Delbarton moms: Michelle Lease P ‘23 of The Ginger Jar gave insights on how to win best-wrapped gift while Sarah Conine P ‘26 of Garden Cottage demonstrated how to craft a beautiful tree display.

For the mixology portion of the night, mixologist Lia Giachino of Jersey Drinks and her team created two special Delbarton-themed cocktails along with mocktail alternatives.

To start, Delbarton moms mixed up the Green Wave Spritz which consisted of fresh lemon, rosemary-ginger syrup, pear syrup, topped with prosecco and rosemary sprig and candied ginger for garnish.

The second drink of the night was a crowd favorite: the DMG Merry Mule. This drink was created using pink peppercorn cranberry, fresh lime, Q Ginger Beer, and aged tequila garnished with pink peppercorn and dehydrated lime wheel.

Thank you to SAGE Dining for providing the delish food for the evening, Director of Events Erin Manahan and Director of Campus Logistics Alecia Ho-Sang for making sure the event ran smoothly and to our DMG Parent to Parent committee Ashley Doyle P'23, ‘24, Sally Finning P’ 22, ‘24, Varanda Handy P ‘25, and Vivienne Zimmermann P ‘23, ‘24 for creating a fun and festive event for Delbarton moms!
