On Tuesday, August 23, alums and families enjoyed a night at the ballpark as the Delbarton Alumni Association hosted a night out with the Somerset Patriots and Delbarton 2019 graduate Anthony Volpe.

Taking over both sections 103 and 104, the blue seats were turned Green as over 70 people took to TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater for a perfect night of baseball, despite the passing downpour!  

Cheering on the Yankees #1 prospect and fellow Green Wave alum Anthony Volpe, the crowd all went home happy with a 10-6 win for the Patriots, while Volpe impressed, going 3-4, with a single, double and triple and multiple runs batted in.  He also increased his team lead with another stolen base.

After the game, Volpe joined his fellow Green Wave alums for a photo and also had a chance to catch up with Fr. Michael, Dr. Donovan and two of his 2019 classmates!  Thank you to the Patriots for hosting us and a big thanks to Anthony for representing the Green Wave on and off the field.
