Delbarton congratulates five talented student artists who received Honorable Mentions in the 2024 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards—the nation's longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative students. Their outstanding work was recognized among thousands of submissions, showcasing their skill, creativity, and artistic vision.
Honored Delbarton Artists:
James Sartor ’25 – Honorable Mention in the Portfolio Category for his six-piece collection, Reflections and Perspectives, which explores themes of light, shadow, and perception.
Jude Hall ’25 – Honorable Mention in Mixed Media for his etching, Lost in the Music, a dynamic composition that captures the emotion and movement of sound.
Grant Parker ’25 – Honorable Mention in Drawing for his oil pastel, Happy New Year, a vibrant and expressive piece that celebrates color and energy.
Henry Clyan ’27 – Honorable Mention in Painting for his acrylic piece, Mt. Fuji, a striking depiction of Japan’s iconic peak.
Cameron Gabriel ’28 – Honorable Mention in Painting for his work, Gumball Machine, a nostalgic and detailed rendering of a classic childhood favorite.
