On [DATE], at the annual Faculty and Staff Picnic, the 2026 Delbarton Regents Awards were presented to longtime Delbarton employees David Blazier and Louis Barbato.

Blazier has dedicated more than 20 years to Delbarton, serving for many years as Chair of the Arts Department. Throughout his tenure, he has played an important role in shaping the School’s visual arts program and inspiring generations of Delbarton students to develop their creativity and artistic talents.

Barbato, a longtime member of Delbarton’s Buildings and Grounds team, has served the School community for [NUMBER] years. As Delbarton’s mechanic, his skill, reliability and tireless work behind the scenes have helped keep the campus running smoothly year after year.

Many faculty and staff members, present at an annual event deliciously catered by Sage Dining Foodservice Director James DiSilvestri and his staff, applauded their colleagues when the awards were announced.
