Building Brotherhood at Sophomore Community Belonging Workshop
Meghan Podimsky

The Sophomore Community Belonging Workshop is designed to help students strengthen their sense of community and brotherhood with purpose. As rising juniors, participants are encouraged to take ownership of Delbarton’s school culture and the example they set for younger Green Wave students.

The day begins with a reflective grounding in the School’s mission statement and shared norms for productive, respectful conversation. From there, students move into a full schedule of interactive presentations and activities focused on personal growth and community-minded leadership.
