Field House Complex Facts
Projected Opening: Winter 2023
Project will include…
- c. 32,000 sq ft field house building (2 story building with fully excavated basement level)
- New parking lot for 75 cars
- 5 new tennis courts
- New bleachers and press box for Regan Stadium
- Re-surfacing of Passarelli Track
- Re-turfing of Cocoziello Field
Within the Field House building itself…
Basement Level
- Locker rooms for 7 different sports (Football, Lacrosse, Tennis, Wrestling, Cross-Country, Winter Track and Spring Track)
- Visitor Locker room
- Coaches’ locker rooms
- Referees’ locker rooms
- Athletic training room
- Athletic equipment storage rooms, uniform storage rooms and laundry room
1st Floor Level (Field Level)
- Restrooms, concession stands and Delbarton School retail shop for fans and guests
- New weight training facility (2.25x larger than the current weight room)
- New wrestling practice facility featuring 2 NCAA sized mats
- Coaches’ offices
2nd Floor Level (Overlooking field and track)
- Event space overlooking the field and track which will be utilized for pre/post game team meals as well as fan gatherings, alumni events, team banquets, etc.
- Two viewing balconies for fans
- Room for 85 guests seated or 100+ guests standing
