The Daily Record article reports, “It’s an evolution, and it’s very personal,” said Swackhamer, who credits late Delbarton baseball coach Brian Fleury for instilling his dedication and perseverance. “Baseball was a passion of mine. It was something I dedicated a lot of time and energy toward for a long period of time. In the end, I always felt I could transfer that energy into another passion. I’m fortunate to have found a career I’m equally passionate about.”
Swackhamer currently is an investment consultant with Cambridge Associates, and is hard at work earning his MBA part-time at Boston University at night. The Delbarton community salutes this former Green Wave athlete for making a smooth transition from sports to business.
