    Wave Club Rugby took its first road trip over spring break and won Virginia's Tidewater Test rugby tournament.

    Delbarton Hockey defeated Gloucester Catholic 7-2 at the Prudential Center on Saturday to win its third straight NJSIAA Non-Public championship.

    Delbarton Spirit Week is an annual February rite of passage that includes handball, basketball and ping pong competitions, Jeopardy games, chess matches, dodgeball, video game matches, a poetry slam, and Hot Bites competition. Earlier this month Mother Nature thoughtlessly dumped a foot of snow on Spirit Week which delayed several events, including the annual Faculty Student Hoops Game. On February 24th, with the threat of yet another Snowmegeddon on the way, the game took place.

    With the first of his two goals in the first period of a win against Bergen Catholic -- in the opening round of the Gordon Cup tournament on Monday, February 22 -- Senior Kenny Agostino '10 became the Green Wave's all-time points leader.

    Delbarton athletic director Dan Whalen announced on February 3, 2010 that two Green Wave athletes signed NCAA letters to play collegiate sports next year.

    Following the Devils’ 2-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 a group of more than 1,200 area French students, including six Delbarton students, was treated to a Q&A session with Devils left wing Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond.

    On Wednesday night Pat Schellberg became the first Green Wave runner to qualify for the prestigious 103rd edition of the Millrose Games at Madison Square Garden on January 29. Schellberg is ranked number one in the nation in the boys mile and managed to make quite a statement for the rest of the country, leading from the start and never looking back.
