Visual Arts

Art department courses are designed to develop the following: The ability to think originally and inventively within the creative possibilities of the artist's media; competency in the basic techniques of the visual arts increased sensitivity and awareness in observation; comprehension of the society and culture which the artist inherits discernment in judgment of aesthetic values.
