The Delbarton e-box office is open for business. Tickets for the Abbey Players production of Kiss Me Kate are available online here. The musical is coming to the Delbarton Fine Arts Center Theater the weekend of February 5-7, with three performances: Friday, February 5 at 8:00 pm, Saturday night at 8:00 pm and Sunday matinee at 2:30 pm.

At age 38, Father Tad Pacholczyk (pronounced pa-HOLE-check) has a doctorate in neuroscience from Yale University, four undergraduate degrees -- in molecular and cellular biology, chemistry, biochemistry and philosophy --and two degrees in advanced theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. So when it comes to stem cell research he has well-informed opinions.

A remote river, the least average commute time, a public park in a European capital...It takes a geography-savvy student to identify place names scattered around the globe from such obscure clues. On January 7, 2010 ten seventh graders demonstrated their atlas-tic abilities as Delbarton narrowed down the grade's competitive gep field, searching for a single geography champion.

Prophetic Projects

On November 12, 2009, as the end of fall term approached, Stephanie Almozara's Prophets class presented final projects to the class. The assignment was to characterize one of the Old Testament prophets, with no limit on media or technique. Projects ranged throughout the week from Power Point presentations to skits, games, movies and musical pieces.
