    Care For Spaetzle With That Rouladen?

    Do you know how to make German spaetzle and braised rouladen? Do you even know what 'to braise' means?These young Delbarton chefs do.

    On January 10, 2012, Delbarton’s German Club sponsored its 2nd annual cooking class at the Black Forest Inn in Stanhope, NJ. Head Chef Heinrich Aichem and his sons led a master class for five Delbarton faculty members, five students, and one Delbarton parent. Click here for photos.

    James Weldon '12 Earns Forensic's Highest Rank

    James Weldon '12 has achieved the rank of 'Premier Distinction' in the National Forensic League.

    The National Forensic League (the other, more loquacious NFL) recently announced that Delbarton senior James Weldon '12, under the guidance of coach Br. Kevin Tidd, OSB, has earned the degree of Premier Distinction, the League's highest rank of student membership.
